EXCHANGE INFORMATION – WITHIN 7 DAYS

We know you’ll love your purchase, but in case if you’re not satisfied with your item(s) and we can’t resolve your product issue, then you can return it unused and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt for only same item replacement provided certain other terms and conditions as stipulated at the time of purchase are upheld. You will also need to present the original invoice of the purchase received at the time of delivery.

If you have any problems with your purchase within 7 days of receipt, we can offer help and assistance. Please contact us and one of our colleagues will be happy to help. Please note before 7 days we can only accept back items that are not of satisfactory quality, or misdescribed.

Returning an Item?

The Collection can be arranged for large items by contacting us and one of our colleagues will be happy to help. Please do not attempt to send back items without contacting us first. When you’re calling please have your order number in hand, this can be found on the front of your Delivery Note or in your Order Confirmation email.

Once we’ve received your item(s) at our returns centre, we will send you a confirmation email. It may take 5-7 days for the replacement to be processed, depending on your ordered items.

EXCHANGE POLICY Exchange of same product(s) or replacement with any other product(s) of same price is offered.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Generally, there is no delivery cost for all the major cities of Pakistan provided that the area falls under the service area of local 3rd party logistics affiliated with Premier Home. E.g. TCS, Leopards etc.

A nominal charge applies and depends on distances and other factors for locations that are away from the regular service areas of affiliated local 3rd party logistics. In case of any additional cost needs to be added, prior consent of the customer will be taken.
